If you are not in a position to to make a monetary donation at this time there are still plenty of ways you can help support the RVYLA and its mission to provide lacrosse opportunities for Rogue Valley youth.
As we continue to grow and expand our reach within the Rogue Valley we are in need of the community to help aid in our efforts. Beyond just exposing youth to the great game of lacrosse we are also trying to create an infrastructure for the game to grow and develop for generations to come.
Volunteers: there are always ways to help us in executing our on field programs beyond just teaching the games. From keeping stats in games to a little help at check in we could use the extra help and support.
Education: As the game grows so will the need for coaches and referees. Chat with Mark about how you can learn more and become US Lacrosse certified so you can become a leader in the local lacrosse community.
Positive Energy: Good old positive energy and support helps our staff and players continue to give full effort in growing the game. Show some enthusiasm when you see us on the field!
If you have a connection to the game of lacrosse or the RVYLA please help us get the word out. The more exposure and awareness the more kids we can get on the field and lives we can impact. In 2021 we were able to get over 1,000 kids exposed to the game, primarily through school visits. The more ways we can promote the fun and good things lacrosse has to offer the sooner we can create leagues and ongoing programs for youth to participate.
